Biography
| “Sadekha Ismail Shaikh has done Diploma in Education and Bachelor’s of Commerce. She has worked as a teacher for 4 years in a private school in Malwani. She also graduated from the 1st batch of Ummeed Inclusion Fellowship Program at Ummeed. She has been trained by different NGO’s such as 321, Teach for India, The Teacher Training Foundation, Barefoot, etc. in classroom management and teaching practices. She has an experience of working with different stakeholders in the school. Her passion lies in supporting teachers to be able to support students. She has been working very closely with the stakeholders involved in the Ummeed Inclusion Fellowship Program. She hopes that we all get a safe space to express ourselves and we all are included.” |
