SELebrating Inclusion Summit 2024 – Fostering a Culture of Love, Care, and Compassion Through SEL and Inclusion 

Hosted by Ummeed Child Development Center, the fourth annual SELebrating Inclusion Summit (SIS) 2024 centered on ‘Building a Culture of Love, Care and Compassion’ through SEL-informed inclusive practices. Building on the success of three previous summits that engaged over 1000 participants, SIS 2024 adopted a hybrid format for wider accessibility. 

The summit aimed to: 

• Explore core practices driving inclusion and SEL. 
• Strengthen partnerships and the existing community of practice. 
• Provide a firsthand experience of wellbeing and inclusion. 

Organized by Ummeed’s School Outreach Team, SIS 2024 highlighted the transformative power of integrating SEL principles into inclusive practices to cultivate a culture of love, care, and compassion in education. The hybrid event offered insightful discussions, networking, and immersive experiences for a diverse audience committed to advancing SEL and inclusion
