Parul Kumtha

Parul Kumtha is a parent to Kabir, a young man with autism. Her autism journey led her to co-founding the support group Forum for Autism, of which she is a trustee. Professionally too, she is closely involved with the rights of persons with disabilities as a Universal Design Architect who is empanelled with the GoI under the Sugamya Bharat Abhiyaan. Her firm, ‘Nature Nurture Architects and Planners’ has been a part of processes for accessible infrastructure through auditing, designing and executing barrier free interventions for the public and private sectors in equal measure. She has many publications to her name both as an autism advocate and a professional architect
