Juthika Nagpal

Juthika joined as Ummeed’s COO in 2023 to strengthen program management and optimize operations. She brings over 16 years of leadership experience across technology organizations, with expertise in program delivery, product management, and business operations.

She has worked with companies such as Databricks, Inspira Enterprise, and SmartCirqls Infotech, leading teams through growth, acquisitions, and pre-IPO environments. Earlier, she led product development for ZEE’s ‘Ditto TV,’ India’s first live TV streaming platform.
