Dr. Roopa Srinivasan

As the Chief Officer of the Early Childhood Development ecosystem at Ummeed Child Development Center, my goal is to develop, pilot, evaluate and advocate for Inclusive ECD approaches in India. As Chief Officer of Healthcare ecosystem my focus is on implementation of family-centered approaches and using participation as an outcome while working with children with diverse disabilities. I have mentored early career clinicians and trainers within my organization and in other organizations to implement these approaches in their individual work and to include them as part of their team’s/organization’s strategy. I provide thought leadership, strategic planning, and execution support to both ecosystems.
