Dr. Koyeli Sengupta

Dr. Koyeli Sengupta is a Senior consultant in Developmental pediatrics and Chief Officer – Autism Healthcare at Ummeed Child Development Center in Mumbai. Her  clinical work focuses primarily on autism spectrum disorder and in addition to diagnosis and assessment, she has led the development of many programs for caregiver empowerment and skill building through Ummeed.  Over the last two decades, Dr. Sengupta has been instrumental in the design and execution of multiple programs to build capacity in the autism workforce, including physicians and therapists. Dr. Sengupta has also published in high-impact peer-reviewed international journals. She is currently Global Senior Leader for India  at the International Society for Autism Research (INSAR) and on the Executive board of the International Developmental Pediatric Association(IDPA).
