Vinita Gaitonde

Vinita works in instructional design. She is also the mother of a precocious and kind 11-year-old boy named Mihir. Mihir is autistic and an old soul who shares their love for reading and sweets. She enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures and cuisines. She is also deepening her understanding of autism and enjoys sharing and discovering new strategies to create fun experiences and navigate new situations.
